Applications are open for children from 2 years old (turning 3) through to 6 years old. Admission is subject to an interview, after which placement will be offered based on suitability and availability. For more information about our admissions process, please contact our school office.

These ongoing assessments allow our teachers to monitor each child’s growth across all areas of learning and development. Parents receive two comprehensive written reports each year, issued at the end of the 2nd and 4th terms, providing an overview of their child’s progress and achievements.

Birthdays are a special time at St. Catherine’s, and we love making each child feel celebrated! Birthday children enjoy a special birthday ring with their classmates, receive a birthday crown and a personalised booklet filled with drawings from their friends. Children are also welcome to wear civvies on their birthday. Parents will receive photographs of their child enjoying their birthday ring, so they can share in these special moments too.

St. Catherine’s nurtures a Christian way of life through daily prayer, grace before meals, Bible stories and songs, and a special prayer at the end of each day.

The nursery school environment provides the best possible place for social development to occur. Children learn to share and co-operate with their peers. They also learn to communicate their needs, wants and desires, and to interact with staff and other adults.
